A Sound Meditation

15 mins

A mindfulness technique where we use all the sound that surround us to draw us into the present moment. The more noise there is – the richer the experience.. so open your windows or even better, do this practice sitting outside.

Reconnect to Breath

10 mins

A guided breath practice to help you pause and reconnect with your breath. We focus on four aspects of the breath - the length, the depth, the direction and the energetic suspension points at the top and bottom of the breath.

Guided Body Scan (Yoga Nidra)

14 mins

A guided body scanning practice also known as ‘yoga nidra’ or ‘yogic sleep’. It is a reclined practice that is best done either lying on your back, or in bed before sleep. It can help to promote full body relaxation and deep rest.

Tension & Relaxation

12 mins

A guided practice to help you to connect to your body and notice the difference between physical tension and relaxation. A reminder that just as our body is capable of producing tension, it is also capable of creating relaxation.

Simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures.
