A mindfulness technique where we use all the sound that surround us to draw us deeply into the present moment. The more noise there is – the richer the experience.. so open your windows or even better, do this practice sitting outside.

A guided breath practice to help you pause and reconnect with your breath. We focus on four aspects of the breath - the length, the depth, the direction and the energetic suspension points at the top and bottom of the breath.

A guided body scanning practice also known as “yoga nidra” or “yogic sleep”. It is a reclined practice that is done either lying on your back on the ground or in bed before sleep. It can help to promote full body relaxation and deep rest.
