My ‘Go-To’ Full Body Practice

This is one of my favourite classes to teach in person. I call this my ‘go-to’ practice as it focuses on all of the different parts of our body - the upper body, spine, hips and hamstrings. Lots of modifications so you can add in poses or keep it super simple and close to the ground.
